CRL 37896DU Bronze Anodized 96″ Automatic Security Astragal

This CRL Automatic Security Astragal is a simple, yet effective weatherstrip for paired doors. It quickly and quietly moves out of the way when the door is opened. The header-mounted cam guides the astragal strip back into its overlapping position automatically when either door is closed without requiring a coordinator. When closed, the Astragal forms an effective weatherseal that is wind, dust, and insect resistant. It also provides door security and does not show from exterior. No cutting or other modifications need to be made to the doors prior to installation. It’s reversible, and can be used on any new or existing pair of out swinging doors.
